Baseline Emission Footprint for 2022
In 2022, Proxycare conducted a comprehensive assessment of our carbon emissions to establish our baseline. While the detailed data will be refined over the years, the initial estimates indicate that our operations emitted a significant amount of carbon. This baseline serves as a critical reference point for our carbon reduction plan, providing the foundation upon which we will build our efforts to reduce emissions and work towards our net-zero target by 2040. As we strive to optimize our energy efficiency, transportation, waste management, and overall sustainability practices, this baseline sets the stage for measuring our progress and ensuring that we fulfill our commitment to environmental responsibility while continuing to serve and care for the health and well-being of our clients and communities.
We have adopted a calendar year from January to December for tracking our carbon emissions, and this framework will be regularly reviewed and updated as part of an iterative process.
