Our Compliance is the simplest process and most importantly meets the NHS Employment Check standards and UK legal requirements set out in the NHS Framework Agreement for temporary NHS positions.

Our special designed software generate a daily ‘compliance and expiry report’ to ensure all our staff are compliant at all times.
We provide Statutory & Mandatory and Clinical/Care core skills training in line with latest Skills for Health UK Core Skills Training Framework
Staff who register with us are required to provide certificated evidence of basic life support and manual handling training undertaken in the previous 12 months. Additionally an Induction Workbook must be completed with a 100% pass rate, which includes health & safety (including COSHH and RIDDOR), fire safety, food hygiene, nutritional assistance, infection control, safeguarding vulnerable adults and children. Proxycare provide access to free BLS and Manual Handling training across the country and offer professional development courses identified as areas for development through our annual appraisal system.
Proxycare workers are expected to work in a professional manner for our clients at all times – our good reputation is founded on the competency, work ethic and attitude of our Agency workers.
