- Referral scheme is only available to candidates registered with Proxycare.
- Proxycare's referral bonus for NMC Registered Nurses is £200, to be paid once the Recommended Friend has worked 200 hours within 6 months of registration through Proxycare.
- Proxycare's referral bonus for healthcare assistants is £100, to be paid once the Recommended Friend has worked 200 hours within 3 months of registration through Proxycare.
- The cash bonus (or voucher equivalent) will be issued before the end of the following month after which the Recommended Friend's completes 200 hours of work within the stipulated period of registration through Proxycare.
- If you choose to receive vouchers, these vouchers can be spent online or in-store.
- If you receive a cash bonus, you will be subject to NI and tax deductions and where applicable through their self-assessment tax returns.
- Referral Scheme only applies to new referrals, excludes all previously registered with or worked with Proxycare.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made and thus no limit to the number of rewards to be earned.
- It is the responsibility of the Referee to get the Recommended Friend's consent before providing their contact details to Proxycare; and advise the Recommended Friend of where to find the Proxycare's privacy policy.
- Proxycare reserves the right to end this scheme or make amendments without any prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Limited-time offer
- Limited-time offer is only available to candidates registered with Proxycare.
- For every referral, you can make additional bonus of 50p/hr in addition to your referral bonus above, when your Recommended Friend works full-time hours a week.
- Additional Bonus of 50p/hr is offered for a period of 3 months from the date of completion of Recommended Friend's Registration with Proxycare.
- Full-time Hours: 'Full-time hours' is defined by the Proxycare as at least 37.5 hours or more a week.
- Week: A 'week' is defined by the Proxycare as a period of 7 days beginning with a Monday i.e Monday and Sunday.
- 3 months period: A '3 months period' is calculated from the date of completion of Recommended Friend's Registration with Proxycare.
- Proxycare does not take any liability or guarantee full time work as all the shifts are assigned and/or allocated on a "first come, first serve," basis.
- This offer is applicable for both NMC Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
- This offer is available only for a limited period of time 01st-Aug-2021 - 30th-Sep-2021.
